 What’s New for the 2024 Hyundai Palisade?

Introduced in 2020, the three-row Hyundai Palisade immediately impacted with its impressive styling and features. Since its debut, the Palisade has undergone progressive updates to enhance its overall appeal. The 2024 Palisade introduces several noteworthy improvements for an enhanced driving experience.

The top-tier Calligraphy trim level is now available with a Night Edition package featuring dark wheels, dark gray badging, a dark chrome grille, and gray bumpers on both ends. The bold exterior design is complemented by black upholstery within the cabin. The Palisade’s overall design remains unchanged, showcasing sophistication through meticulous side contouring and a distinguished, chrome-accented front grille. A thick, metallic bar frames the tall, rectangular grille on three sides, with tall LED bars standing vertically on the grille’s flanks and slender, two-part LED headlights angled between these elements. Some trims may include a dual-pane sunroof, auto wipers, front and rear skid plates, roof rails, up to 20-inch wheels, and other distinctive features.

The 2024 Palisade also introduces updates to its available features. Bluelink+ connected services, once only accessible through fee-based subscription services, are now standard and free. Additional standard features include USB ports in the first two rows, a 12.3-inch central touch display screen, power-folding seats in the second row, a push-button starter, parking sensors, forward collision mitigation, rear collision detection, lane-keeping assistance, and more. Higher trims may offer a hands-free liftgate, captain’s chairs for the second row, a wireless device charging station, an auto-dimming rear mirror, leather seating, a heated steering wheel, an intercom system, a household power outlet, a 360-degree camera, and a diverse array of additional features.

The 2024 model year offers five trims, each demonstrating solid capabilities on the road with similar mechanical equipment. All trims are powered by a V6, 3.8-liter gas engine producing 291 horsepower. Standard features include an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, with an option to upgrade to all-wheel drive. Select trims may feature a self-leveling rear suspension.
