Had a great experience with Rachael at Classic Hyundai. I was coming in from out of state to purchase a vehicle, and she made the entire process extremely easy. The only day I could make the trip happened to be her day off, but she still came in to take care of everything and even picked me up from the rental car company after I dropped off my rental. I purchased an IONIQ 5 EV. The car is fantastic. It is the first car I have been excited about owning. The team at Classic Hyundai were fantastic. Katie was my principal contact. Couldn't be happier with our purchase of an Ioniq 5. Rachel and all of the staff were incredible. Easily my best car purchasing experience. My car got possessed with all my lights on the dashboard and the screen flashing. Well once i stopped my car and turned it off it wouldn't start. I called the dealer, they gave me a number for towing, called tow guy was there within an hour. Dealership said they prob wouldn't look at it until Monday or Tuesday and it was Thursday. Well long story short the car was fixed and I had it back by Monday. They had some time and BAM! Done! TY guys!!

End to end I had a great experience buying a vehicle here. I was looking for something specific and came from out of state. Initially I worked with Dezirae from the Internet department. They communicated with me at my own pace, weren't pushy and answered all of the questions I had. (I think I had more than most customers, so I appreciate the extra time and effort). Once we exchanged written confirmation, I setup an appointment with Dan at the dealership. He was awesome. We did a test drive, final walkthrough of the vehicle and it was in sparkling condition. There was one small hitch with one of the compartments not opening properly, but they fixed it while we were doing the paperwork. All of that was a quick breeze - excellent communication through the whole process and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Again, great communication and weren't pushy with ancillary services. Can't recommend them enough.

I just purchased a new Santa Cruz a few days ago from Classic Hyundai. I had an absolutely wonder experience the day I bought the vehicle. Austin was great! He helped explain the new technologies on the car during my test drive and also assisted in the whole purchase along side Nick in finance. I made a silly mistake and thought my car service appointment was sooner than it actually was. When I arrived at the dealer and the service advisor, Connor, let me know the mistake I made. I laughed at myself and was prepared to come back on my actual appointment date. The service center was the busiest I’ve ever seen it. Connor said it was no problem and they made it work! Even though it was my mistake, they were able to fit me into their busy day which was huge! I no longer live on the east side and I drive to the Mentor location because I did not have a great experience at the Hyundai closer to me. Thank you guys!

AJ, The GM was wonderful. I had my car in for service a couple things were missed. He went above and beyond yo make it right. White glove service at it's best. I would highly recommend this dealership.

When I drove to actually see the car, Rob set me up with Sam who actually owns the 5N. He was extremely knowledgeable in a real asset and helping me make the decision to buy. The dealership looks like they have a large inventory and a comfortable facility. If you need something, I can highly recommend Sam and the dealership.

I haven't bought a new car in 10 years. There is so much more to learn electronically now it can make one feel less than bright. Mike was helpful, calm and made me feel like I wasn't stupid or incompetent(which I'm not). I did try looking through the manual first, but there was some things that were a little difficult to understand and just checking with Mike made me feel significantly better. It's only been a week, but I am currently happy with my vehicle.

My experience at Classic was exceptional. Rachael was my salesperson and she was awesome. She went through the vehicles I was interested and answered all my questions. No pressure just down to earth good service. This is my first time I was not pressured was able to take my time and I bought a brand Tucson. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Finance guy was great too. All in all go to classic and ask for Rachael and experience it for yourself.
