We got a really nice Rav2 from them. We did negotiate an agreeable price and the sale went smoothly. I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. Their new service center and waiting area are really pretty nice. Extremely comfortable if you need to wait for your vehicle. And the people are really quite friendly. That said, I do have one complaint. It takes roughly a month to schedule routine maintenance. This is borderline insane. I need an oil change? No problem. There's availability in a scant 26 days. Cool. I will only go over-mileage by about 1000. Just what I want to do with a new vehicle I paid a small fortune for.

My salesman, Mike, was very kind and responsive. He even helped arrange the car. I was looking at to be taken to my mechanic for an inspection. The sales manager was the stereotypical high pressure on their warranty and made the experience uncomfortable. I’d entertain this dealership again if I could get a different sales manager.

I had to have an engine replacement and had a loaner car through Classic. I had not 1 but 2 terrible things happen while driving the loaner. Matt in the service dept has been amazing throughout the whole process of keeping me updated and helping me out. Also, the GM was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful when said horrible incident happened. He kept in contact with me and reached out to me personally right away. I can not say enough great things about Classic of Mentor. They have great staff and wonderful service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

They lost one star only because the detailing of the vehicle left alot to be desired. The folks at Classic Hyundai, particularly Service, are true professionals, and their knowledge is unbeatable. All staff have always been very courteous and wanting to help fix issues. On my way from PA to Cleveland airport for a flight last week, I experienced an issue that had my car trudging along and a blinking check engine light. I have bought 3 cars from Hyundai 2 from this particular location and my mother just bought a 2021 from this location, it never fails that any time I have ever n I see a loaner they are NEVER available, the only option they offer for me to rent a car, 1st and foremost this car which is not even 2 years old almost just killed me on the freeway because as I’m driving I lost total and complete power. Just got a 2023 Elantra from them. After back and forth through email, it looked like they couldn't get me a deal. The GM emails me asking what it'd take to get me into a car. Told him ground my lease and keep me under my price point. Said he would do it. Go in thinking he'd be a dollar under, he was closer to 30! Quick and easy. This is how car buying should be!

First brand new car I’ve bought in 22 years and I couldn’t imagine a better experience! From the first phone call untill I drove off in my 2023 Kona, C.J. and everybody I encountered at Classic was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate as much as possible. I love my purchase (2022 Hyundai Santa Fe) and the vehicle itself but was misled when buying the vehicle. I was told free maintenance with a lease for 3 years and when I went to get my first oil change and tire rotation, they advised me that it's only covered every other service. Disappointing that I was misled



Good selection of vehicles available. Knowledgeable, non-pushy people. Made whole process of buying my GV70 very fast and easy. Were upfront with trade-in value, didn’t try to lower it, once I arrived. And, again, about availability - they were only one dealer in 500 mile radius to have selection on the lot to match their website. 90% of dealers in my area have vehicles posted on their website, that were sold, already, weeks prior.
